For me, food is all about the company rather than the dish itself. Food can be so emotional and when we are with people who mean the world to us, it has the potential of becoming so much more.
I am so excited to welcome my friend and fellow creative Monique Sourinho to the CulturallyOurs podcast. Monique and I connect way back during the very early days of CulturallyOurs and she immediately jumped on board and created a beautiful recipe for us and shared some amazing photos of her travels to her home country of Laos.Monique has had a very interesting journey from a commissioned painter to a tattoo artist, to a pastry chef and now as a food stylist, food photographer and food blogger. She does commercial work for ads related to the food industry as well as recipe development for business in the food and hospitality space. She is extremely talented and her enthusiasm and love for all things related to creativity and food comes out throughout our chat.
